Amni Care 9.3 - October 2026

In Amni Care 9.3, we have introduced support for creating custom iterative forms, allowing respondents to answer the same form multiple times. We have also further developed the treatment module with detailed tracking of changes and the option to bookmark pages, as well as made improvements to program administration. Several new instruments have been added, while existing instruments have been updated. We have also made improvements in areas such as information from the personal data service, printing and notifications.

New functionality 

Create your own iterative forms 

Under Create, an administrator can create their own iterative forms, e.g. a diary or a homework assignment. The difference compared to a regular questionnaire is that the respondent can answer the questions multiple times in an iterative form. 

All custom forms have also been given a header section that is displayed at the top of a form. Here, you can enter the form's title, instructions and maybe add an image. The header section is optional but important in iterative forms, as it is displayed in the header together with the button for creating new entries. It should therefore contain instructions on when and how often the respondent is expected to answer or update the form. 

Detailed tracking of changes in treatment module 

Pages in a treatment module that have been changed since the practitioner last viewed them will be indicated. Practitioners can also choose to bookmark pages in a treatment module, e.g. to remember where they last stopped. 

See instruments available for the unit in the library 

In the library, users can choose to only see instruments that are available within the user's selected unit. 

Information about already started programs and instruments 

When starting a program, the user is notified if there is already an active program of the same type. When starting an instrument, the user is similarly notified if there is already an instrument of the same type and variant that is awaiting a response or is scheduled. The user can choose to start the program or instrument anyway, but in some cases this can help the user avoid accidentally starting duplicates. 

Programs without information for the patient 

In programs without instruments for the patient and without an active messaging function, an administrator can choose to omit information about the program for the patient. This means that the program will not be displayed to the patient when they log in to Amni Care. Already created programs of this type can be edited by an administrator if they want it to be visible only to participants who receive instruments within the program. 

Choose whether personal information is included in printed forms 

When printing forms, it is now possible to choose whether personal information (name and personal identity number) is included. 

Improvements to program administration 

Instruments are displayed in a compact view, providing a better overview when editing the program. 

Support for copying an entire grouping of instruments makes it easier to create programs for follow-up where you want the same set of instruments that has already been added for one point in time to also be sent at another point in time. Copy the group and select a new point in time, and all instruments and settings will follow. 

When more instruments are added to a grouping, more settings from already added instruments are carried over, so that these do not have to be set each time. E.g. settings for how many days an unanswered questionnaire should remain before being removed. 

More information from the personal data service 

More information is retrieved from Inera's personal data service, making it possible to see in the interface whether a close relation is registered as a legal guardian. Information about whether a person lives abroad and which region the person lives in will also be displayed. 

If a search is made for a patient who is deceased, this is already shown in the search results so that registration is prevented.
