Amni Care is a CE-certified medical device (MDR Class IIa). This means we have both the expertise and regulatory support to develop advanced features with medical-grade quality and safety. For example, we can make the validation of a new digital tool automated and seamless. Once validated, it can be easily deployed for clinical use across regions, private practices, and our other clients.

Your data collection, made simple

With Amni Care, research teams can design a program that automatically handles data collection over time. The program feature allows you to initiate and send multiple measurement instruments simultaneously and at predetermined intervals. Here’s an example of how it works:

  1. Research plan
    A researcher drafts a research plan and, if necessary, obtains approval from the appropriate ethical review authority to conduct the study.
  2. Registration
    A respondent (from either a normal or clinical population) is registered, and the research program begins.
  3. Consent collection
    Amni Care contacts the participant, provides the participant information sheet digitally, and obtains informed consent in accordance with any applicable ethics approval. The consent can then be signed using e-identity or approved without a signature, depending on the study design and your specified settings.
  4. Baseline measurements
    Baseline values are collected using the specified measurement instruments.
  5. Tools
    The digital tools and forms required for the study can either be created by the research team themselves or developed in collaboration with us. The design is tailored to the study’s purpose and methodology. Participant information sheets and other study materials can also be created and shared digitally with participants within the same structure, allowing Amni Care to execute them automatically. These may include a treatment program over time, journals, a rating questionnaire, or a combination of several tools. If the research is conducted alongside existing activities, Amni Care instead supports the study by handling the measurements.
  6. Continuous measurement
    Amni Care regularly gathers data from research participants as frequently or infrequently as desired. We currently have studies with intervals ranging from every four hours to once every six months. You can easily define the desired time spans.
  7. Notifications and reminders
    When there are new forms to complete or tasks to perform, the participant receives a notification with a link to Amni Care. Communication can be sent via SMS or email, depending on the participant’s preference. If no response is received, automatic reminders are sent after 24 and 72 hours.
  8. Post measurement
    Final values are collected using the same structure as the baseline measurements.
  9. Analysis
    During or after the study, data can be exported for analysis. Exports are provided in .csv format, compatible with SPSS and similar statistical software. Data can be exported in coded (anonymized) form if desired. Research-specific reports are also available.

Our goal is to be the digital service for our customers, now and in the future. Supporting research is a core part of this vision. We see it as an investment and a contribution to a better world. We do not aim to profit from supporting your research. Instead, we hope the research outcomes will enrich Amni Care's and strengthen our platform. Every research project is unique, so we work out the details of our collaboration together in dialogue.

Our base concept is:

  • Cost coverage for the support we provide (see below).
  • Researchers, or the organizations they represent, retain the rights to the collected data.
  • Amni Care gains usage rights and can provide the results, such as a new digital tools, to our customers through the platform.
  • Researchers, or their organizations, decide whether the results are freely available to our customers or if a fee applies.

Pricing

Note: Every research study is unique. Stretch Care reserves the right to adjust prices, and we are happy to discuss specific setups with you. Contact us to discuss the details.

Below is our typical pricing model:

  • Platform fee of 3,500 SEK per month.
  • Minimum period is 6 months.
  • Tool development and support available at a fixed price or on a running account.
  • Consumable costs for tools with an associated fee, SMS, e-identity and similar will be charged at cost.

Terms and conditions

  • All collected data is owned by the research group.
  • We kindly request that Stretch Care and Amni Care be mentioned in the research report if possible.
  • When developing new tools, unless otherwise agreed, the following applies:
    • The research group owns the rights to the developed results.
    • Stretch Care gains usage rights to the results.
      • Distribution to end customers via Amni Care is ideally done at no cost to the end customer.
      • Any pricing for end customers is determined by the research group in consultation with Stretch Care.
