We at Stretch Care are team players aiming to be a leader in integrating international and national standards, as well as collaborating with the best suppliers in the industry.
Here you can see a selection of the integrations and standards built into Amni Care.
ISO 13485
Stretch Care is certified ISO 13485. We are certified by TÜV SÜD.
We have a quality system specially designed for medical devices. The quality system focuses on patient safety, risk management, cybersecurity, lifecycle management, development standards, usability, and much more.
Our ISO 13485 includes around 40 other related standards and guidelines, including:
- ISO 14971
Risk management for medical devices - ISO 62366-1
Usability for medical devices - IEC 62304
Lifecycle management for medical device software - IEC 82304-1
Product safety for health software
ISO 27001
Stretch Care are certified ISO 27001, the standard for information- and cybersecurity. We are certified by Intertek.
We have developed our own information security management system (ISMS), integrated with our main quality management system. This ensures that information security and cyber security becomes an integral part of our daily work.
National services
Amnicare integrates to national services such as:
- Organization catalogue services allow us to list all healthcare units and healthcare workers, including access levels. HSA is used in Sweden.
- E-identity services for healthcare workers. SITHS is used in Sweden.
- Patient lookup services allow Amni Care to automatically collect data for the patient and parents. 1177 Personuppgiftstjänsten is used in Sweden.
Please note that our agent services for the national services may incur a fee from the national provider.
Secure authentication
We identify patients and healthcare workers securely using e-identity services. For example BankID, Freja and SITHS eID in Sweden.
EHR systems
We integrate with leading EHR systems. For example Cambio Cosmic, CGM TakeCare, Oracle Health EHR (Cerner Millennium), and WebDoc.
We prefer to integrate using HL7 FHIR where available.
API
Amni Care's REST API allows for extraction of data to a separate data warehouse, and also allows for triggering actions in Amni Care.

National quality registers
Amni Care has built-in tools for providing easy data extraction for use by national quality registers.
We hope to be able to provide direct integrations to quality registers over time.
SMS and email
Amni Care may integrate to your own SMS and email services.
Alternatively, you may choose to use the built-in service, provided by Twilio and SendGrid. Direct costs for consumption with be charged in this case.
